We are seeking a highly experienced developer to maintain OwnerFinancing.ai, an existing real estate marketplace. This is an ongoing monthly engagement for a dependable professional who can take responsibility for keeping the website stable, secure, fast, and functioning correctly. We want a developer who can diagnose problems, implement reliable fixes, and communicate clearly with the owner. Monthly Responsibilities Monitor website availability, application errors, and performance. Diagnose and fix frontend, backend, database, and integration issues. Maintain existing registration, login, property listing, search, messaging, and subscription functionality. Resolve mobile usability problems and broken pages, links, images, or forms. Maintain dependencies and address relevant security updates. Monitor scheduled jobs, email delivery, and existing third-party integrations. Maintain backups and periodically verify that restoration works. Preserve technical SEO essentials, including metadata, redirects, canonical URLs, and sitemap functionality. Test changes before deployment and maintain a reliable rollback process. Provide a monthly report covering completed work, outstanding issues, hours used, and recommended priorities. Required Experience Strong experience maintaining live, database-driven web applications. Ability to work confidently across frontend, backend, database, and hosting environments. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experience with authentication, payments, APIs, and production deployments. Strong understanding of application security and performance.
