Full-Stack Developer – React, Node.js, Azure, Dynamics & System Integrations

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer to help maintain and expand an existing Student Information System platform used by colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. The work will begin part-time at approximately 18–20 hours per week, with the potential to increase as additional customer implementations begin. Responsibilities : * Maintain and enhance an existing React-based student and faculty portal * Develop new portal functionality for colleges and universities * Work with Node.js backend services and APIs * Integrate the portal with our Microsoft-based Student Information System * Build and maintain third-party system integrations * Participate in integration discovery meetings with customers * Map data between external systems and the WorldSIS platform * Work with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform components * Support SQL/database and schema-related changes * Configure and support Azure development, sandbox, and customer environments * Improve our reusable implementation/template system for new institutions * Customize branding, CSS, logos, forms, and institution-specific workflows * Work within an existing GitHub codebase * Support Docker-based development/deployment workflows * Troubleshoot existing applications without disrupting production functionality Core Technical Stack : * React * Node.js * JavaScript / TypeScript * Microsoft Azure * Microsoft Dynamics * Microsoft Power Platform * SQL / SQL Server * REST APIs * OAuth / API authentication * Git / GitHub * Docker * Visual Studio * HTML / CSS Most Important Experience : Strong system integration experience is particularly important. Our educational customers may have dozens of systems that need to communicate with our platform, so you should be comfortable working with: * REST APIs * JSON * Authentication and OAuth * Data mapping * Data synchronization * External system integrations * API troubleshooting * SQL/data transformations * Existing enterprise applications You do not need to be exclusively a Microsoft Dynamics specialist, but you should be comfortable working within the Microsoft ecosystem and integrating Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and custom web applications. Ideal Candidate : You should be comfortable entering an existing application, understanding the architecture and data flow, and making controlled changes without breaking existing functionality. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, education systems, ERP/SIS platforms, enterprise integration, or other data-intensive applications is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who can work directly with our technical team and occasionally participate in customer integration and requirements discussions. This can become a long-term engagement as we continue onboarding additional institutions.
