Full Stack Developer (React/Node)

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer for a long-term, remote engagement supporting a US-based team and their clients. This is a client-facing role — you'll join calls, discuss requirements directly, and communicate with US stakeholders regularly. C1/C2 spoken English is mandatory; please only apply if you're confident communicating fluently in English on video calls. What you'll work on: Building and maintaining full-stack web apps —React/Next.js/Angular/Vue frontends, Node.js/Python/Java/C# backends, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker & CI/CD What we need: - 4-6+ years of professional experience - Strong technical match to the skills listed - C1/C2 spoken English — you'll be asked for a short video intro as part of the process -Based in Latin America, able to maintain solid overlap with US business hours - Comfortable owning your work independently Please apply with a brief note on your English communication experience (prior US-client work, calls, etc.) alongside your usual proposal.
