Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js) — SaaS Product Build — Long Term

We're a Berlin-based company (Glanzhaus UG) that builds and launches SaaS products. We're hiring a full-stack developer to join long-term as our core builder. HOW THIS WORKS You receive a detailed written blueprint for each product — broken into phases with clear requirements. You build it. No guesswork, no vague briefs, no "figure it out" requests. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Browser-based SaaS applications — multi-tenant, subscription billing, self-service signup, responsive design. Each product ships end-to-end: backend, frontend, database, deployment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Build complete web applications from blueprint to production Backend + frontend + database design + deployment Integrate third-party services: Stripe (payments), auth, transactional email, analytics Write clean, testable, maintainable code Short written update at end of each working day — 3 lines: what you finished, what's next, anything blocking you Weekly video check-in; otherwise fully async REQUIREMENTS 3+ years full-stack experience with shipped production SaaS applications (not tutorials, not agency landing pages) Strong in React/Next.js + Node.js (or equivalent modern stack — you pick, it becomes our standard) You work independently with written specs — no hand-holding needed Clear written English Available Monday–Friday, 7 hours/day Minimum 3 hours daily overlap with Berlin time (CET) — roughly 12:30 PM IST onward NICE TO HAVE Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) Stripe / Supabase / Vercel / Railway Multi-tenant SaaS architecture (row-level security, tenant isolation) CI/CD pipelines WHAT WE PROVIDE AI coding tools subscription (Claude Code) All service accounts under our company: GitHub org, hosting, database, payments — access granted to you, ownership stays with us Detailed product blueprints for every build — you never start from a blank page HOW WE HIRE We don't do live coding interviews or whiteboard puzzles. Instead: shortlisted candidates receive one real product blueprint. Read it and tell us: (a) Roughly how many hours it needs (b) What's unclear or missing from the spec (c) What stack you'd use and why This is a paid task — we compensate you for your time regardless of outcome.
