Full stack developer to update a healthcare platform

We are building a healthcare platform centered on a 3D digital twin of the human body. It turns patient data, such as medical imaging, vitals, and health records, into an interactive 3D model that clinicians and patients can explore to understand conditions, plan treatments, and track changes over time. We are looking for an experienced developer, or a small team, to design and build this platform from MVP to production, with security, performance, and compliance built in from day one. Required Skills: - 4+ years of full-stack development experience - Proven experience building healthcare or HIPAA/GDPR-compliant applications (please share examples) - Strong frontend skills: React / Next.js (or similar) - Strong backend skills: Node.js, Python, or similar, with REST/GraphQL APIs - Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB - Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure (HIPAA-eligible services, BAA setup) - Security best practices: encryption at rest and in transit, OAuth/JWT, secure session handling - Clear communication in English and ability to work independently
