Full stack development for custom CRM

I’m building a multi-tenant inventory and stock management web app for small retail shops. The first version needs to be fast, simple, and work well on mobile. I’m looking for a developer to help build the core MVP with me. Tech stack: 1. Laravel (backend, REST/API endpoints) 2. Inertia.js + Vue.js (dashboard UI) 3. Tailwind CSS 4. PWA support (service worker, offline-first sales flow with local queue and background sync) 5. MySQL What you’ll build: 1. Multi-tenant shop accounts with owner and assistant roles 2. Product catalog (name, brand, color, size, category, buying and selling price, quantity) 3. Append-only stock movement ledger Fast “record a sale” screen that works offline and syncs later 4. Daily sales and profit summary 5. Low-stock alerts 6. Printable QR labels per product What I’m looking for: 1. Strong experience with Laravel and Vue.js (Inertia preferred) 2. Experience building PWAs or offline-capable apps 3. Clean, tested code and clear communication 4. Comfort with multi-tenant architecture 5. Ability to work in the Addis Ababa time zone (UTC+3), with some overlap during business hours
