THE SITUATION We run a live online art store. It sells framed prints and hand-finished canvases. The code is Vite + React + Supabase, hosted on Netlify. Payments run on Stripe. Print fulfilment runs on Prodigi. Part of the code was generated in Lovable and touched by several hands. An audit is done. We know what is broken. Server-side HTML rendering is already built and live (~1,300 public pages). You build on it. You do not redo it. New screens are designed in Figma, desktop and mobile. Our designer signs off each milestone against those designs. THE JOB Fix what is broken. Finish the customer journey. Launch. Then add multi-brand support and a designer workspace. You complete the existing codebase. You do not replace it. PHASE I - USD $3,200 - target: 3 weeks from start Milestone 1 - Preparation - $800 - Set up staging - Verify the existing server-side rendering - Secure an unprotected order function (within the first 5 working days) - Fix Prodigi order-status webhooks (currently rejected) Milestone 2 - Customer journey - $800 - Home page with AI search on the live catalogue - Frame and mat selection - Checkout with shipping, tax and correct currency - Room visualizer built to Figma (19 themed room presets) - Premium hand-finish orders route to our in-house studio with the correct finish and a server-side surcharge Milestone 3 - Compliance - $800 - WCAG 2.2 AA on all pages you build - Google Merchant feed - GA4 + Google Ads conversion tracking - Security check with written report - Order status emails with tracking - Cookie banner Milestone 4 - Launch - $800 - Testing and UAT - Live test order: Stripe to Prodigi, end to end - Check Etsy, Wayfair and Amazon integrations - Monitoring on. PHASE II - USD $1,800 - target: 4 weeks after Phase I Milestone 5 - Multi-brand - $900 - Separate data by brand (brand_id + row-level security on orders, products, trade, designer data and product feed) - Stripe and Prodigi products per brand - Designer sign-up and roles Milestone 6 - Designer workspace - $900 - Clients and projects - Add artwork (size, frame, mat) to a project - Approve items and move them to cart - Order history with tracking, by project - Country pages and catalogue filters - Customer account: profile, addresses, orders ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (each milestone is paid only when its items pass) - The order function cannot be called without proper authorization (by day 5). - View-source on a product page shows rendered HTML. - AI search returns at least 6 live-catalogue works for every suggested prompt. - A premium-finish order reaches the studio queue with the correct finish (not "Standard") and correct price. The surcharge is charged on the server. - The currency shown matches the currency charged, with shipping and tax. - Order status emails send with tracking number and link. - GA4 events (view_item, add_to_cart, begin_checkout, purchase, search, ai_prompt) fire once per action. Google Ads purchase conversion records. Merchant feed has zero errors. - Your pages pass WCAG 2.2 AA automated checks. Security report delivered. - A live test order passes Stripe to Prodigi end to end. - A user of one brand cannot read another brand's data. - Designer workspace functions work as listed, matched screen by screen to Figma. - New and changed screens match Figma on desktop and mobile. HOW WE WORK - All work through pull requests to our repo. Each milestone on a Netlify preview. - Weekly written progress report. - Designer reviews each milestone within 48 working hours. Up to two review rounds per milestone. - Code is assigned to us on payment of each milestone. - 30-day warranty on your code, starting from launch. - On completion: tests for the payment and order flow, deployment notes and a short runbook. - All contracting, communication and payment stay on Upwork.
