Full-Stack & Web3 Developer Needed: Multi-Tenant Fleet Management & DAO Governance Suite Base Networ

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a multi-tenant internal logistics and financial governance suite for transit associations. This first phase operates strictly as a B2B internal management system, excluding the consumer/passenger app. The system requires an Android app for station controllers (tablets) and a native mobile application (iOS/Android) for vehicle owners/managers, backed by a master admin web panel. Core Requirements: * Mobile Development (Flutter or React Native preferred). * Web3 Integration (Base L2 Network, Account Abstraction ERC-4337, Privy.io, or Thirdweb embedded wallets tied to National IDs). * Backend & Automations (Node.js and Firebase/Supabase). Project Scope & Milestones: 1. Custom multi-tenant registrations linked to unique Cooperative IDs, featuring a clean digital balance system (100% abstracting Web3 complexity so users view and manage everything strictly in USD, keeping blockchain layers invisible to transport workers). 2. A real-time terminal queuing dashboard for station controllers with capacity-based unit rotation and dispatching. 3. Automated monthly subscription sub-billing ($2.00/car) with custom free-trial grace periods managed by the Super Admin, alongside a 2.0% cash-out fee logic for community treasury and savings pools (Cuchubales) powered by Base smart contracts. 4. Backend architecture mapping (hidden data fields for future GPS routing, acceptance rates, and sequential auction algorithms) to allow seamless scalability into on-demand dispatching in a future phase.
