Ghost CRM Website Customization Designer

I need a designer and developer to customize an existing Ghost website to support CRM-style workflows. I need it done within a week or two. Attached document is my detailed needs. I would like to rebuild zhaojinhua.com in Ghost and create a more modern, publication-oriented website that can support Jinhua Zhao's rapidly growing body of content. The existing WordPress website has served primarily as a traditional academic/professional personal website. Its structure no longer can hold its growing content. The new website needs to bring together four major parts of his platform: Jinhua Zhao — MIT Professor | Advisor | Founder of Mobility Forum Mobility Memos — Jinhua's written insights Mobility Forum — webinar event with transportation leaders worldwide Research — 3 labs (link to lab website is fine no need for separate page); media news; 1 youtube video and Workshops— practical paid learning and advisory products for transportation professionals and organizations The website should therefore feel like a high-quality professional publication and global authority platform.
