Hubspot data project

This is a hands-on, project-based role focused on improving data quality, segmentation and campaign execution. Scope of work Audit our current HubSpot database, properties, lists and workflows Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, outdated and incorrectly categorized records Standardize key fields, lifecycle stages, lead sources and naming conventions Review consent, subscription and suppression data Create a clear, scalable structure for static and active lists Build priority audience segments based on geography, customer type, lifecycle stage and campaign needs Simplify existing workflows and remove anything obsolete or duplicative Create reusable campaign templates, lists and processes Ensure HubSpot data aligns appropriately with Salesforce and other connected systems Document the new structure and train the team on how to use and maintain it Key deliverables Clean, organized and reliable HubSpot database Agreed data structure and governance standards Core campaign and suppression lists Reusable campaign setup and QA process Clear documentation for list creation, imports and ongoing maintenance Practical training for the internal marketing team What success looks like At the end of the project, the team should be able to quickly identify the right audience, build or select a trusted list, launch a campaign confidently and report on results without extensive manual cleanup or specialist support. Ideal experience Strong hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub Proven experience cleaning and restructuring complex CRM or marketing data Deep knowledge of segmentation, active lists, workflows and campaign operations Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations Understanding of consent management and email marketing compliance Able to translate technical work into simple processes for non-technical teams Organized, pragmatic and comfortable working independently
