iOS Developer for Web App

I have a finished web app built with React and Google AI Studio for San Diego surf spots and need an iOS developer to audit it, wrap it with Capacitor or React Native, set up RevenueCat subscriptions, and submit it to the App Store with TestFlight beta testing first. Looking for someone who has shipped iOS apps and can deliver before 23 December.
