ITIN Application Specialist Needed

We are a business services firm looking for an experienced professional to help our clients obtain Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) from the IRS. We regularly have clients (both US-based and foreign nationals, including LLC owners/members) who need ITINs processed correctly and efficiently. To start, we'd like to run this as a test with a single ITIN application. If everything goes well, we anticipate having more, similar work on an ongoing basis. What we need help with: • Preparing and reviewing IRS Form W-7 (ITIN application) for accuracy and completeness • Advising us on which supporting documents are required (passport, national ID, foreign status/identity documents, etc.) • Reviewing documents for IRS compliance before submission (e.g., certified copies, notarization, Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) verification) • Submitting applications and tracking status through to approval • Handling any IRS follow-up requests, rejections, or resubmissions • Assisting with ITIN renewals when applicable Ideal candidate: • Has direct, hands-on experience preparing and filing ITIN applications (W-7) • Ideally is a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) • Understands documentation requirements for different applicant types (foreign nationals, dependents/spouses of US citizens or residents, nonresident owners of US LLCs, etc.) • Is responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines • Willing to sign an NDA This first engagement will be a single ITIN application to see how we work together. Assuming that goes smoothly, we'd like to continue with similar work on a regular, ongoing basis.
