Junior Developer with Strong English Communication Skills

We are seeking a junior-level software developer located in the United States or Latin America to work with our team on a long-term remote basis. This position combines entry-level development work with regular client communication, so we are especially interested in candidates who are technically capable and confident speaking English in professional settings. About the Role You will work alongside experienced engineers while also helping us stay connected with clients throughout the development process. Your day-to-day work may include: * Taking part in client calls and project discussions * Helping clarify technical and business requirements * Providing updates about development progress * Coordinating with senior engineers on assigned tasks * Fixing smaller bugs and assisting with testing * Supporting implementation of new features * Using GitHub for source control and collaboration * Working with modern development and AI-assisted coding tools You are not expected to know everything from day one. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, communicate well, and grow with the team. Technical Background You should have some hands-on exposure to software development. Experience with any of the following would be useful: * JavaScript or TypeScript * React or Next.js * Node.js * Python * REST APIs * PostgreSQL or MongoDB * Git and GitHub * Docker * AWS or other cloud platforms * AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot Having experience with every technology listed above is not required.
