Laravel Developer Needed for Existing POS Application — Long-Term Support We are a small established business looking for an experienced Laravel developer to take over the ongoing support and development of an existing custom POS/business management application. The application is currently running in production and is used every day at two business locations. This is NOT a new application build. We need someone who is comfortable taking over an application developed by someone else, learning the existing code, troubleshooting problems, and making ongoing improvements. Immediate Need We are preparing to move from our current managed VPS host to a new managed VPS. The hosting company will handle most of the server migration. We need a Laravel developer to: Review the existing application before the move Document its important server/application requirements Help monitor the migration Test the application on the new server Identify and resolve any application problems caused by the migration Make sure databases, email, scheduled tasks and other important functions are working properly Longer-Term After the migration, we want the same developer to provide ongoing support for the application, including: Bug fixes and troubleshooting Small feature additions and improvements Database work User-interface changes Laravel/PHP updates when appropriate Occasional urgent support when the application has a problem I am the business owner, not a programmer. I can explain exactly how the application should work and test changes from the user's perspective. I need the developer to handle the technical side and communicate issues clearly. We are looking for an individual developer rather than an agency and would like this to become a long-term relationship.
