Leadshook Multi-Step Form Setup

Need help building a basic multi-step form for an existing landing page. The form should collect name, email, phone, and a short message, then send submissions to a specified Google Sheet. I’m looking for someone who can set up the form to enable us to embed in website, and ensure it works smoothly on the current page. Please share relevant experience with similar form setups and your approach to testing and troubleshooting.
