MVP Web App Development

I need an MVP version of a new SaaS product. It's a web App with 5 pages, automatic compilation through API integrations, matching logic and Claude API. No Stripe payment required at this stage but will be required at a further stage. Future vision (no MVP scope, info given to choose the right frameworks for future scalability): Step by step guidance to the user to apply for public funding opportunities and successive reporting, potential integration with main corporate ERPs like SAP, marketplace of specialist consultants. I also have an html example mockup version on this site (link removed) I need: - final release by end August, - source code to be delivered at the end of the work - At least 2 review moments to test/QA the platform (during + end of the work) and to provide feedback. I prioritize framework and infrastructure choices with the vision of developing the platform further once the idea is validated. If the work is high quality, will be happy to continue with you so please propose frameworks that you think the best fit to the scope and the sustainability of the work.
