Next.js / Node.js Developer Needed for AI Feature Integration

I have an existing healthcare portal built with Next.js, React, and Node.js, and I need to add an AI-powered document Q&A feature. Users should be able to upload a document, ask questions, and receive answers based on its content. I’m planning to use RAG, embeddings, a vector database, and OpenAI/Anthropic. What I need Review the existing Next.js/Node.js codebase Add document upload and text extraction Implement basic chunking, embeddings, and vector search Integrate OpenAI or Anthropic for responses Add the required Node.js API Add a simple chat UI to the existing Next.js application Return relevant document/source information Test the complete workflow Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, OpenAI/Anthropic, RAG, embeddings, PostgreSQL/vector DB. Python/FastAPI may be involved if needed. I’m looking for a quick working integration into the existing application. If this goes well, I have more AI features planned and would be happy to continue.
