Next.js Website from Figma

We need a developer to build a new company website based on an existing Figma design. The site should be pixel perfect, responsive, easy to update, and include a demo booking form/calendar. You will handle the full build from design handoff, implement the front end, and set up the CMS (Payload CMS) so content can be managed smoothly. Please share relevant examples of similar projects and your approach to turning a design into a polished, functional website. Total number of pages is 10, there is mobile design for each page too.
