Office Layout & 3D Design

I have a lat floor and need to create 3 class rooms, One Big and two smal and corner buffet and reception if possible a small office. First class is requires for 15- 20 students and other rooms 5-8 students (Budget: $250 - $750 CAD, Jobs: 3D Animation, 3D Design, 3D Layout, 3D Modelling, 3D Rendering, 3D Visualization, AutoCAD, Building Design, Floor Plan, Interior Design)
