PDF Statements to Xero CSV

I have more than ten PDF bank statements, all sharing the exact same layout, and each one lists every transaction with its date, narrative and amount. I need every statement converted into clean, perfectly-formatted CSV files that Xero will accept without extra tweaking on my side... (Budget: $14 - $30 NZD, Jobs: Data Entry, Data Management, Data Processing, Excel, PDF)
