Python Developer for Web Scraping, OCR, and Desktop/Web GUI, SeleniumBase, Playwright w/plugins

Description: Looking for a developer to create a simple application with a basic UI. The tool needs to: 1. Crawl/search a specific website to download public record documents. 2. Process those documents using OCR to make them searchable. 3. Allow the user to input a custom keyword/term via the UI to search through the extracted text. 4. Must have proven experience bypassing anti-bot systems (like Cloudflare or reCAPTCHA) using tools like SeleniumBase, Undetectable Drivers, or integration with third-party solving APIs (CapSolver, 2Captcha, etc.)
