Hi, We need to build Milestone 1 of an AI Avatar system. NO voice cloning required in this stage. What you will build: 1. Setup F5-TTS locally for Hindi + English Text-to-Speech. Use 10 pre-trained voices 2. Setup SadTalker locally for 512x512 talking head video from 1 photo + audio. Target 5 sec video 3. Setup Llama 3.1 8B locally using Ollama for fast chatbot replies 4. Build 3 FastAPI endpoints: POST /chat - takes text, returns LLM reply POST /generate-audio - takes text + voice_id, returns audio POST /generate-video - takes photo + audio, returns video 5. Data Isolation: Folder structure like avatars/client_id/user_id 6. JWT Authentication on all endpoints 7. Must run and optimize on RTX 4090 24GB. Share GPU RAM usage and speed Important Rules: 1.
