Resume Keyword & Skill Extractor

I need a lightweight, accurate script that takes a batch of resumes (PDF and DOCX) and does two things for me at once: 1) pull out the full Work Experience section verbatim, and 2) scan the entire document to flag every relevant technical skill it finds...
