Senior Developer for Voice Pipeline Debugging

I have an existing Windows personal AI assistant called ROSE 4.0 built with Node.js, TypeScript, Fastify, SQLite, and OpenAI APIs. Hardware Insert-key activation is already working. I need a senior developer to debug and complete the existing voice pipeline, not rebuild it. Immediate goal: Insert key triggers microphone input, transcription, AI response, and OpenAI Shimmer TTS. The current architecture, backups, and Git history must be preserved.
