Senior Full-Stack Developer | AI-Assisted Development | Part-Time

Spartans is an international agency helping companies and startups build products and implement AI. We’re looking for a hands-on senior developer to join an ongoing fintech/proptech platform, working alongside our existing developer. Your role Review the codebase and development workflow, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement them. Help us ship faster with better quality, stability, and structure. Requirements 8+ years of hands-on development experience, including building and maintaining production products. Strong experience building AI-powered products and using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex/GPT, and agentic workflows. Ability to independently investigate issues, make technical decisions, and validate AI-generated code. Comfortable with startup pace, shifting priorities, and incomplete documentation. Strong collaboration skills—you’ll improve delivery together with our existing developer. Fluent English and regular video calls are mandatory. Engagement Part-time, hourly, with availability during 09:00–14:00/15:00 Israel time. Eastern Europe preferred.
