Senior Full-Stack Developer (Full-Time, 8-Month Contract)

Position Type: Contract (approx. 8 months, potential for extension) Commitment: 40 hours/week (Full-Time) Hourly Rate: $35.00/hr Urgency: Immediate Start (ASAP) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team immediately for an intensive, long-term project. You will play a key role in developing, testing, and maintaining core web applications from end to end. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain responsive front-end user interfaces and robust back-end services. Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate requirements into clean, scalable, and secure code. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and manage database design and optimization. Identify performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and optimize application speed and stability. Conduct code reviews, ensure best development practices, and write clear documentation. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of completed web applications. Front-End: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js) alongside HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind. Back-End: Experience with server-side technology (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, or Ruby on Rails). Database: Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Tools & Version Control: Proficient with Git, Docker, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Vercel/Heroku). Availability: Must be ready to start immediately and commit 40 hours per week for the duration of the 8-month contract.
