Steel Pallet 3D Design & BOM

I have the concept for a heavy-duty steel pallet and now need a complete SolidWorks model that shows every component in detail. The final assembly must be accurate enough for fabrication, so each plate, tube, weldment, and fastener should appear as separate parts within the tree...
