UI/UX Design & Frontend HTML/CSS/JS Developer – Landing Page

We are looking for a talented Full-Cycle Web Developer / Designer to create a landing page for an International Language School. This is a two-phase project: Phase 1: Create a modern, high-converting responsive UI/UX design in Figma. Phase 2: Convert your approved Figma design into flawless, high-performance, and responsive HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript code. Critical Technical Requirement: The final frontend code will be integrated into a custom standalone PHP backend administration panel. Therefore, NO page builders (WordPress Elementor, Tilda, Webflow, etc.) are allowed. We require raw, clean, semantic, and well-structured frontend code. Technical Stack & Performance Preferences: • Semantic HTML5 and modular CSS3 / SCSS. • Vanilla JavaScript or lightweight animation libraries (e.g., Swiper.js for carousels, GSAP for smooth micro-interactions). • Fluid responsive layouts (Desktop 1440px down to Mobile-First responsive states). • Clean code without duplication, fully optimized for Google PageSpeed insights (targeting a 90+ performance score). Deliverables: • Fully organized Figma file with a clear design system (components, tokens, component states, and responsive mockups). • Production-ready HTML/CSS/JS frontend source files.
