Update Joomla Template & Maps

I run the site that uses the Flex template found at https://flex.aplikko.com/. It was originally installed when Joomla 4.x was current; since then both Joomla and the template have moved on and a few things have stopped working... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Joomla, PHP, Web Development, Website Management)
