Website File Upload and Database Setup

I need a developer to upload website files to my server and implement database restrictions. The work includes transferring files securely, organizing the server structure, and setting up database access controls to protect sensitive data. I’m looking for someone who can complete this efficiently and ensure the site is ready for use after setup.
