WooCommerce & Marketing Stack Specialist

Job Title WooCommerce & Marketing Stack Specialist (Europe / Eastern Europe) – ReferralCandy, Review App & Discount Workflows Job Description We are looking for an experienced WooCommerce & Email Automation Specialist based in Europe or Eastern Europe to urgently help us set up ReferralCandy and replace our current review system (Judge.me, which isn't configuring properly on WooCommerce). Both our referral system and review system include automated % discount codes that need to be generated and hosted/delivered reliably to customers post-action. We prefer an existing app / non-coded solution using established tools. Key Deliverables: ReferralCandy Setup: Correctly install and configure ReferralCandy on WooCommerce so referral tracking, advocate links, and automated discount distribution work seamlessly. Review System Replacement & Configuration: Recommend, install, and configure a reliable WooCommerce review app (e.g., Yotpo, Cusrev, or AutomateWoo) that allows full brand customization and automatically delivers a discount code after a verified review is submitted. Discount Code Flow: Ensure discount codes generated from both systems are reliably synced, stored, or delivered through our existing tech stack. Integration Sync: Connect and align workflows using WooCommerce, Mailchimp, and Zapier. Candidate Requirements: Location: Based in Europe or Eastern Europe ONLY (for timezone alignment). Proven expertise in WooCommerce, Mailchimp, and Zapier integration workflows. Hands-on experience with ReferralCandy and WooCommerce-compatible review apps (Yotpo, Cusrev, AutomateWoo, etc.). Excellent written English communication skills. Autonomous worker who can troubleshoot independently and deliver fast results. Project Type & Long-Term Potential: Urgency: Immediate start required with quick delivery. Long-Term Opportunity: If this initial setup goes smoothly, we are looking for a reliable specialist for ongoing Web Support and store maintenance. To apply: Please confirm your location/timezone, briefly outline your experience with WooCommerce, ReferralCandy, and Mailchimp/Zapier setups, and mention your recommended alternative to Judge.me for WooCommerce review incentives.
