WordPress Contact Form 7 / Flamingo Troubleshooting and Repair

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to troubleshoot and permanently resolve an issue with our existing website forms. We are experiencing an ongoing issue with our Contact Form 7 forms. Legitimate users are frequently receiving an error when submitting a form, preventing successful submission. These submissions are being routed to the Flamingo Spam folder because they are receiving a low reCAPTCHA score, even though they are from legitimate clients. We are looking for someone to: • Diagnose the root cause of the issue • Review our Contact Form 7, Flamingo, and reCAPTCHA configuration • Determine why legitimate submissions are receiving low reCAPTCHA scores and being classified as spam • Recommend and implement a solution that reduces false positives while maintaining spam protection • Review email delivery settings (including SMTP if appropriate) • Thoroughly test the forms after the repair • Document the changes that were made Please include in your proposal: • Your experience troubleshooting Contact Form 7 and Flamingo • Similar issues you've resolved involving reCAPTCHA or spam filtering • A brief description of how you would approach diagnosing this issue Our website is functioning well overall, and we maintain it ourselves.
