WordPress Developer Needed for Figma to WordPress Website

Hi, I have a website design in Figma that I need converted into WordPress. I'm looking for someone with good experience using Elementor who can build the site as close to the original design as possible. The main thing I'm concerned about is getting the layout right, especially the spacing, fonts, and mobile version. I've had issues before where a website looked good on desktop but didn't work properly on smaller screens, so I want to avoid that. I'd also like the website to load quickly and be easy for me to update later without needing a developer for every small change. If you've worked on similar Figma to WordPress projects, please share a couple of examples. I'd also like to know how soon you can start. Thanks!
