WordPress / Elementor Developer — Technical & Design Maintenance

## Who we are Flash Design is a web design & SEO agency (Switzerland / Spain). We manage around **500 WordPress + Elementor websites** for our clients, with a steady, ongoing flow of maintenance requests. We're looking for someone to take ownership of that flow long-term. ## The profile we're looking for A true **jack-of-all-trades**: fast, efficient, resourceful. Someone who figures things out even when the problem isn't fully clear upfront, doesn't need hand-holding on every step, and is genuinely pleasant to work with — responsive, clear, no need to chase for updates. We also love people who are comfortable using AI to move faster on certain problems (debugging, generating code, finding a fix) — whether that's Claude Code or another tool. --- ## Part A — Technical Maintenance (troubleshooting) Fixes on technical issues, often time-sensitive: - Fixing a broken site (fatal error, white screen, site down) - Cleaning up a hacked site (malware, injected code, suspicious files) - Setting up or fixing SMTP email delivery for contact forms - Diagnosing and resolving one-off bugs (plugin conflicts, PHP errors, etc.) → What matters here: fast diagnosis and the ability to fix things without breaking the rest of the site. ## Part B — Design Maintenance Visual and content updates on existing sites. For each task, we give you what you need to execute it without guessing: - **Adding a content block**: we send you crystal-clear instructions (text, image, exact placement) — you just implement it - **Creating a new page**: we send you a Claude Design mockup to follow - **Duplicating a page**: we send you the new content to plug in (text, photos) - Adjusting the layout of an existing section (Elementor) - Small visual tweaks requested by the client → What matters here: attention to visual detail and staying true to the mockup/content provided. --- ## What we're NOT looking for - Someone who needs a detailed brief for every small task - Someone slow to respond or hard to reach - Someone who only knows how to "click buttons" without understanding what's happening under the hood ## Bonus (not required) If you can also transfer/integrate HTML code into WordPress + Elementor, mention it in your application — it's a real plus.
