WordPress Landing Page Template Customization

Need a WordPress developer to make an existing custom landing-page template reusable and editable so we can create multiple landing pages with different content using the same design. The design and content are already complete, so this is a technical implementation job only. The goal is to set up the template so it can be used across multiple pages without requiring major changes each time.
