WordPress, WooCommerce & WPLMS Expert Needed to Optimize Customer Experience About the Project I own a Texas License to Carry (LTC) training business and have an existing WordPress website that sells online courses, shooting proficiency tests, and in-person firearms training. The website is functional, but I want to significantly improve the customer experience from the moment someone visits the site through course completion. This is not a website redesign. My goal is to simplify the customer journey, reduce confusion, improve conversions, and reduce support requests. Website Stack * WordPress * WooCommerce * WPLMS * Elementor * Bookly * Stripe Scope of Work Phase 1 – Website Audit Before making any changes, I want a complete audit of my website and customer journey. The audit should include: * Checkout flow * User account creation and login process * Course enrollment process * Student dashboard * Course navigation * Booking/scheduling workflow * Mobile experience * Plugin conflicts * Performance issues * Security recommendations * UX recommendations Please provide a prioritized list of recommendations (Critical, High, Medium, Low) along with estimated time and cost for each improvement. Phase 2 – Customer Experience Improvements Implement the approved recommendations. My ideal customer experience includes: Online Course Purchases Customers purchasing an online course should: * Checkout successfully * Have an account created automatically * Be automatically enrolled in the correct course * Be logged in automatically * Be redirected directly to their student dashboard or first lesson In-Person Training Customers purchasing ONLY: * Shooting Proficiency Test * Beginner Handgun Class * Ladies Range Day * Private Lessons should NOT be required to create an account. Guest checkout should be available for these services. Student Dashboard Students should have one easy-to-use dashboard where they can: * Resume their course * Download certificates * Schedule their shooting proficiency appointment * View upcoming appointments * View order history * Contact support if needed The goal is to make everything easy to find without confusion. Shooting Test Scheduling Customers who purchase a package that includes the shooting proficiency test should be able to schedule their appointment directly from inside the course or dashboard with as few clicks as possible. Email Automation Improve purchase confirmation emails so each customer receives information specific to what they purchased. Examples include: * Online Course * Online Course + Shooting Test * Shooting Proficiency Only * Beginner Handgun Class * Ladies Range Day Mobile Optimization Most of my customers come from TikTok and use mobile devices. The complete purchase and student experience must work flawlessly on iPhone and Android.
