AI Agent Developer

I run an innovation management consultancy (qentilatam.com), and a little over two years ago we launched a business unit (qentilab.com) to implement AI solutions for SMEs: conversational agents for customer service, order taking and delivery, invoices, claims, and other inquiries; agents for collecting employee expense reports and receipts, reading and recording them in the company's ERP system; an agent for searching for competitor prices online and comparing them to the company's prices; reconciliations; and conversational dashboards. We develop customized projects based on the specific problems we identify in SMEs. We have a team of five developers who work on a freelance basis on a project basis.
