AI Automation & Full-Stack Developer | Voice AI, RAG & Integrations

We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation & Full-Stack Developer to help build and continuously improve an AI-powered customer engagement and operations platform. The platform will combine AI voice agents, lead qualification, RAG-based knowledge retrieval, automated follow-up workflows, API/CRM integrations, and an internal React operations dashboard. The developer will work across the full stack and should be comfortable owning architecture as well as implementation. The core stack will include Python/FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL/Supabase, OpenAI or Claude, REST APIs/webhooks, and AWS or GCP. Key responsibilities will include: Building AI-powered lead intake and qualification workflows Integrating AI voice agents for inbound/outbound conversations Capturing transcripts, summaries, call outcomes, and structured customer data Building a RAG knowledge system using company documents and internal data Developing FastAPI backend services and REST APIs Building a React operations dashboard for leads, conversations, KPIs, and follow-up activity Integrating CRM and third-party systems through APIs and webhooks Creating automated follow-up and staff escalation workflows Designing PostgreSQL/Supabase data models Implementing logging, error handling, retry logic, and operational visibility Deploying and maintaining services in AWS or GCP We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to combine AI with production software engineering. This is not a basic chatbot or prompt-engineering project. The right developer should be comfortable taking a business workflow, determining what should be handled by AI versus traditional application logic, designing the architecture, and then implementing it. This is expected to be an ongoing engagement. The initial focus will be building the core platform, followed by additional AI agents, integrations, automation, analytics, and platform improvements.
