AI & Full-Stack Product Engineer

We are an international digital marketing and technology agency working across web, apps, AI automation, integrations and digital products. We are looking for a proactive AI & Full-Stack Product Engineer to join us on a long-term basis, either part-time or full-time. You will often receive a business objective, concept, design or prototype and be expected to recommend the best technical approach and turn it into a reliable, maintainable solution. We want someone who does more than simply execute instructions — someone who can think independently, propose better solutions and take ownership of what they build. Responsibilities - Build and maintain web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python and/or Node.js. - Develop backend functionality, databases, APIs and third-party integrations. - Work on mobile applications when required. - Build AI-powered features, agents and automations using Claude, ChatGPT and other AI APIs. - Create automation workflows using n8n, Make, custom integrations or similar tools. - Help automate marketing and content workflows, including text, image, video and content repurposing. - Improve prototype, vibe-coded and AI-generated code before production. - Debug technical issues and take responsibility for reliability. - Write clean, maintainable code and document key systems and integrations. - Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar. - Suggest simpler, faster or more effective solutions when you see a better approach. Essential 2–4+ years of professional software development experience. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience. Backend experience with Python and/or Node.js. Experience with APIs, webhooks, databases and third-party integrations. React Native, Flutter or other mobile development experience. n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms. PostgreSQL, Supabase or similar technologies. Vercel or cloud deployment. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar tools. Hands-on experience building AI-powered features, agents, integrations or automations. Strong debugging, logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good spoken and written English. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a remote environment. Desirable Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team. Previous experience working with startups, small companies or fast-moving agencies. AI image, video or voice tools. Content or marketing automation. Figma and basic UX understanding. Analytics, reporting dashboards, Google APIs, data extraction or web scraping. Working hours and commitment The position is available part-time or full-time and is intended as a long-term role. Our team operates primarily in Europe (CET/CEST).
