Mac Mini Setup & OpenClaw AI Automation Specialist for Dental Office Job Type: Freelance / Fixed Price or Hourly Experience Level: Expert Project: Mac Mini configuration, OpenClaw installation, and AI workflow automation Project Overview We are a dental office looking for an experienced Mac Mini and AI automation specialist to set up a dedicated Mac Mini to run OpenClaw AI automation for our practice. We want to build a secure, reliable AI-assisted system that can help streamline administrative tasks, reduce repetitive work, and improve office efficiency. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with macOS, AI agents, OpenClaw, API integrations, and workflow automation. Scope of Work Set up and configure a Mac Mini for reliable, continuous operation. Install, configure, and test OpenClaw. Configure the appropriate AI models, API connections, and required integrations. Set up secure access, permissions, authentication, backups, and remote administration. Identify and implement practical automation workflows for a dental office. Document the installation and provide clear instructions for ongoing maintenance. Test the system thoroughly and provide recommendations for future improvements. Potential Dental Office Automations Depending on feasibility and the systems we use, we may want to automate or assist with: Administrative task management and internal notifications. Appointment-related reminders and follow-up workflows. Organizing emails and drafting routine responses for staff approval. Generating daily summaries, task lists, and operational reports. Connecting approved software tools through APIs or other supported integrations. Reducing repetitive data entry and other manual administrative work. Important: Any workflow involving patient information or protected health information (PHI) must be designed with appropriate privacy, security, access controls, and applicable healthcare compliance requirements. We will not authorize unrestricted access to patient records or autonomous clinical decision-making. Required Qualifications Proven experience setting up and administering Mac Mini systems and macOS. Hands-on experience installing and configuring OpenClaw (formerly known as Clawdbot/Moltbot, if applicable). Experience with AI agents, LLM APIs, and automation tools. Familiarity with API integrations, authentication, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network security, and least-privilege access. Experience with healthcare or dental practice software is a plus. Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and provide documentation. Deliverables Fully configured Mac Mini ready for operation. Working OpenClaw installation with tested AI model connectivity. At least one agreed-upon automation workflow demonstrated end to end. Security configuration and backup plan. Written setup documentation and staff handoff. Recommendations for the next phase of automation.
