Amazon SP-API Expert – Build Non-Restricted FBA Order Data Feed to Custom CRM (No PII)

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) developer to build a reliable, non-restricted integration that continuously pulls all FBA order data (and related accounting + fulfillment data) into our custom CRM. Important constraints: We only want non-protected / non-PII data. No buyer names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information. The connection must be non-restricted (i.e., not limited to the restricted data tokens / PII endpoints). We need the maximum available non-PII order, financial, and fulfillment data that Amazon allows without restricted roles. What we need pulled (examples of data we care about) Order-level data: Amazon Order ID, purchase date, order status, marketplace, fulfillment channel (FBA), ship service level, etc. Item-level data: ASIN, SKU, quantity, item price, item promotion discount, shipping price, gift wrap, tax, etc. Accounting / financial data: settlement reports, fees (referral, FBA, storage, etc.), reimbursements, refunds, adjustments, payments. Fulfillment data: shipment status, tracking numbers (if available without PII), ship dates, carrier, warehouse/fulfillment center info, inventory adjustments related to orders. Any other non-PII fields available via Orders, Reports, Finances, Fulfillment Outbound, or Inventory APIs that help with accounting and operations. Technical Requirements Use the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). Preferred languages: Node.js, Python, or PHP (we can discuss). Authentication via LWA + refresh token flow (we will provide the necessary credentials / seller account access). Must handle rate limits, pagination, and retries cleanly. Prefer a scheduled/polling architecture or event-driven approach (whichever is more reliable for near-real-time or daily bulk). Store or stream the data into our custom CRM (we will provide API docs or database schema for the target system). Clean, documented code with basic error logging and monitoring hooks. No storage of any restricted/PII data at any point. Deliverables Working integration that successfully pulls historical + ongoing FBA order + financial + fulfillment data (non-PII only). Clear documentation of which SP-API endpoints and report types are used. Mapping document showing which Amazon fields map to which fields in our CRM. Simple deployment/setup instructions so our team can maintain it. Basic tests or sample data pulls proving the data is complete and free of PII. Nice-to-haves (not required) Experience with Amazon Reports API (especially settlement and inventory reports). Ability to also pull FBA inventory snapshots or inbound shipment data if useful. Dockerized or serverless (AWS Lambda / similar) deployment option. About Us We are an established Amazon FBA seller running a custom internal CRM.
