Automated Business Dashboard: React.js + Python + FASTAPI + n8n Workflow Integration

Summary We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to build an automated business dashboard that connects internal business processes, APIs, databases, and third-party tools into one centralized platform. The project combines Next.js frontend development, Python/FastAPI backend services, and n8n workflow automation, with AI/LLM integrations where they provide practical business value. We need someone who can understand business requirements, recommend the right technical architecture, and deliver reliable, production-ready solutions—not just build a basic dashboard or chatbot prototype. Key Responsibilities Build a responsive business dashboard using Next.js and TypeScript. Develop backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Python and FastAPI. Design and implement multi-step workflow automations using n8n. Integrate CRMs, databases, internal systems, and third-party SaaS platforms through APIs and webhooks. Develop AI-powered workflows and LLM integrations using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar providers where appropriate. Implement AI agents, structured tool calling, and human-in-the-loop approvals when required. Automate repetitive business processes and consolidate operational data into a centralized dashboard. Implement authentication, permissions, logging, retries, error handling, and monitoring. Optimize workflow reliability, performance, scalability, and API usage costs. Document the solution, integrations, and deployment process. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI. Experience building production-ready web applications using Next.js and TypeScript. Practical experience designing n8n workflows and business process automations. Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations. Experience with AI/LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI agent workflows. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Understanding of authentication, data security, error handling, and production deployment. Nice to Have Experience with RAG, vector databases, and knowledge-based AI systems. Experience with CRM, HR, ERP, or other business management platforms. Familiarity with cloud deployment, CI/CD, and application monitoring. Experience implementing human approval steps in automated workflows.
