Backend Engineer for API Development

I am seeking a senior Django/Python backend and data pipeline specialist for a focused one-hour(or more) technical consultation, including a live session walkthrough of my current setup. My backend performs well under normal load but becomes unreliable during large-scale batch processing and high-volume async task execution. The consultation will focus on: * Celery task queue reliability under heavy async workloads * PostgreSQL schema and query optimization as data volume grows * ETL/data pipeline resilience (Airflow/Hadoop) and failure recovery * REST API error handling and third-party integration stability * AI-assisted development workflow using Claude Code on production code * Observability, debugging, and cost/latency tracking for long-running background jobs I'll walk you through my architecture live on the call, and provide a failed execution trace for review. **Required experience:** * Hands-on production experience with Django/Python at scale * Celery/async task queue design and troubleshooting * PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization * ETL/data pipeline architecture (Airflow, Hadoop, or similar) Please apply only if you have built and operated production Django/Python systems with async task queues and data pipelines.
