Deploy & schedule a finished Python scraping/automation script on a Linux VPS (setup only, ~1–3 hrs)

I have a finished and tested Python tool that I need installed on a small always-on Linux server and scheduled to run once a week. This is a deployment/configuration job — the code is written; I do not need it built or redesigned. What the tool does: each week it reads property-alert emails from a dedicated Gmail inbox (over IMAP), looks up a few data points for any new listings, and writes the results into two Notion databases, plus CSV/XLSX backups. Low volume — a handful of new listings a week. What I need you to do: Provision (or advise me on) a small Linux VPS and install Python 3.10+ and the listed dependencies (requirements.txt included). Drop in the provided files (kept together, including a sub-folder) and set the credentials as environment variables from a template I provide (monitor.env.example) — nothing hard-coded. Run the included connectivity check (check_gmail.py) and a capped test run (--limit 20) to confirm it works end-to-end; show me rows landing in Notion and the CSV/XLSX being written. Schedule it weekly with cron and show me one successful scheduled run in the log. Leave me a one-page note: where the env file lives, how to rotate each key, and the host/schedule. I will provide: a complete handover brief (DEVELOPER_HANDOVER.md) and a full reference guide (MONITOR_GUIDE.md) with exact commands, plus all the files and the credentials at setup. Important / non-negotiable: Follow the provided brief; do not modify the application logic — this is install, configure, test, schedule. Security: credentials go only in a private server env file (restricted permissions), never in the code, the config files, or any Git repo. I will provide only individually-revocable keys (an email app-password, a Notion integration key, a data API key) — not any main account passwords — and I will rotate them after handover. Do not install any persistent remote-access software on my own devices. The first task is a capped test run to confirm the site's page structure and an address→data lookup still work on the server's connection; report back before proceeding.
