Digital Product Funnel + E-Commerce Expert

We are looking for someone experienced in digital product sales, e-commerce, and funnels to help us choose the right tech stack and build out our entire customer journey. We currently have 3 digital products + 1 bundle ready to launch and expect to grow to around 20 products within the next 6 months. Our website and sales pages are built in Showit, and we would ideally like to keep them there. Our products are delivered as PDFs that include instructions and a Share Key customers use to access their Showit template. What We Need We need help choosing and implementing the best platforms for: • Checkout + payment processing • Hosting and automatically delivering our PDFs • Customer accounts where buyers can access past purchases and future product updates • Upsells/order bumps for our other products at checkout • Automatically splitting every sale between the two co-owners of the products • Email automations for delivery, follow-up, support, reviews, and future marketing • ManyChat lead generation from Instagram, including delivering freebies and nurturing leads into purchases • Customer segmentation based on leads and purchases • Tracking/analytics so we can see where leads and sales are coming from Our ideal funnel would look something like: Instagram → ManyChat → Freebie → Email Nurture → Showit Sales Page → Checkout + Upsell → Product Delivery → Customer Account → Follow-Up/Review Emails Platforms We're Considering We are currently looking at Shopify, ThriveCart, Kajabi, Stripe, ManyChat, and other digital delivery platforms, but we are not committed to any particular setup. We like ThriveCart's one-time cost and checkout capabilities, but don't love that it doesn't directly host/deliver PDFs and future file updates. We would prefer to avoid a large number of expensive monthly subscriptions if possible. We want someone who can look at the whole system, recommend the simplest and most cost-effective setup, and then help us implement it.
