Experienced React / Next.js Developer Wanted for Existing Job Portal

## About the Project We are looking for an **experienced React / Next.js developer** to take over our existing job portal and continuously develop it together with us. The platform is already live and has an existing technical foundation and users. This is **not a greenfield project**. We are looking for someone who can familiarize themselves with the existing codebase, take over ongoing development, and help us build the platform into a successful and scalable job portal. We want to work closely with the right developer to continuously improve the platform, add new features, and explore innovative opportunities – especially in the field of **AI**. ## Your Responsibilities * Take over and familiarize yourself with the existing React / Next.js project * Continuously develop and improve the job portal * Implement new features and functionalities * Improve performance, usability, and overall technical quality * Analyze and fix existing bugs and technical issues * Develop and maintain APIs and integrations * Work with us to identify and develop **AI-powered features** * Bring your own technical ideas and suggestions * Help make the platform more attractive and successful for both companies and applicants * Provide ongoing technical support and development ## AI & Innovation A major part of the future development will be the integration of **AI features**. We want to work together with you to identify which AI applications make sense for a modern job portal and then develop and implement them step by step. Potential areas could include: * AI-assisted job posting creation and optimization * AI-generated job descriptions * Intelligent job/applicant matching * AI-powered search and filtering * Automated processing and analysis of job and applicant data * Personalized recommendations * Other innovative AI features we develop together You don't need to be an expert in every one of these areas.
