Facebook Lead Ads Integration with CRM – Meta Graph API / Webhook Expert Required

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Meta/Facebook Graph API developer to integrate Facebook Lead Ads with our existing CRM. Our CRM allows customers to register, manage their leads, deals, and other business data. We want CRM customers to connect their own Facebook Pages/Lead Ads accounts with the CRM and automatically receive leads generated through their Facebook Lead Forms. The integration should work through Meta/Facebook Webhooks and Graph API so that new leads are automatically pushed/fetched into our CRM without requiring manual synchronization. We already have a Facebook/Meta App created and have implemented part of the integration. However, we are facing an issue where leads can be fetched successfully from one Facebook Page, while the other two Pages under the same Facebook account are returning an error. We need an experienced developer to identify the root cause, fix the existing integration, and make the solution scalable for multiple CRM users. Existing Technology Stack Frontend: React 18.3.1 Backend: PHP 8.2.29 Integration : Meta/Facebook Graph API Facebook Lead Ads Facebook Pages Meta Webhooks Facebook Lead Forms Current Workflow The intended workflow is: CRM Login → Connect/Link Facebook Account → Select Facebook Page → Configure Lead Form/Webhook → Receive Facebook Leads → Store Leads in CRM A CRM customer should be able to connect their own Facebook account/pages and allow the CRM to receive leads generated from their Facebook Lead Ads. Current Situation We have already: Created a Meta/Facebook App. Configured the required permissions to some extent. Connected the Facebook account with our CRM. Implemented functionality for Facebook Page linking. Implemented functionality to retrieve Facebook Lead Ads/leads. Started implementing webhook functionality. The Facebook account used for development/testing currently has three Facebook Pages associated with it. Current behavior Page 1 → Leads can be fetched successfully. Page 2 → API returns an error. Page 3 → API returns an error. The relevant error screenshot and current Meta permission screenshot will be provided as project attachments. We need the freelancer to investigate why the integration works for one Page but fails for the other Pages and provide a proper solution rather than a page-specific workaround. Primary Objective: The main objective is to build a reliable multi-user Facebook Lead Ads integration where every CRM customer can connect their own Facebook account/pages and automatically receive their Facebook Lead Ads leads inside the CRM.
