Our founder isn't a developer, so you'll own the code — clear written briefs, fast decisions, and a lot of freedom in how you build. 🛠️ What You'll Do Own and improve our internal web app (Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Cloudflare R2, hosted on Render) Maintain and extend our AI content tool and automated video generator Build automations: YouTube data pulls, script/voiceover generation, Trello + Discord integrations, browser automation Fix bugs fast and keep things running Build new tools as the business needs them ⚙️ Our Stack Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Postgres (Neon), Cloudflare R2, Node, Python, ffmpeg, yt-dlp, OpenRouter/LLM APIs, TTS APIs, Trello & Discord APIs, Render, Vercel ✅ You're a Good Fit If You Have 2+ years shipping real software people actually used Are comfortable in both TypeScript and Python Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) well — and understand the code they produce Can take a written brief and ship it end-to-end without hand-holding Write clear English and give short daily updates Are honest about what's done, what's not, and what broke
