Full Stack Developer Wanted – Remote with Flexible Hours We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer for a stable, long-term collaboration focused on strengthening, optimizing, and supporting a comprehensive practice and clinic management platform. The application is fully developed in terms of functionality and is already being piloted by selected medical clinics, with a commercial launch planned within the next few months. It was built using AI, without the involvement of a software developer. The role involves reviewing and improving the existing application. It does not require building a new platform or developing new features. We are seeking a partner who will implement the necessary technical improvements to enhance its security, speed, and reliability before launch and continue supporting it afterward. Key Responsibilities Review the existing codebase, architecture, and database. Identify and address security vulnerabilities. Review authentication, access permissions, and Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Perform testing, identify bugs, and implement fixes. Improve speed, response times, and overall performance. Provide ongoing technical maintenance, monitoring, and support after the commercial launch. Required Qualifications Experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Supabase, including SQL functions, triggers, and RLS. Experience in web application security, testing, and performance optimization. Familiarity with Vercel, Git, and deployment processes. Experience with similar applications would be an advantage. Working Arrangements This is a fully remote, part-time role with flexible working hours and no fixed daily schedule. The developer can organize their own time, with an emphasis on achieving agreed objectives, meeting deadlines, and delivering meaningful improvements to the application’s security, speed, and reliability. Regular communication and timely responses to technical issues are essential to ensure the platform runs smoothly. Compensation and specific terms will be agreed upon through discussion. Language Requirement: The platform is in Greek, so applicants must be Greek or proficient in the Greek language.
