Full-Stack + Mobile + AI Developer (Flutter, Next.js, Firebase) — Full-Time, Mission-Driven

We are looking for a strong, versatile, full-time developer to take ownership of our technology products and help us grow them. This is similar to a founding-engineer role, where you’ll work directly with the CEO and have the opportunity to grow into a technical leadership position. What you’ll work on: - Wellbeing mobile app: A live app built with Flutter, Dart, and Firebase, with plans to expand its features, improve AI-powered conversations, introduce one-on-one therapist video call sessions, and strengthen user data security. - Education and learning platform: A web-based learning management system (LMS) built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Supabase, supporting our educational programs and online courses. - Websites and landing pages: Maintaining and improving our organizational websites and product pages. - AI development: Improving AI experiences in English, Dari, and Pashto, with a long-term goal of developing our own language models. Working arrangements: - Full-time position, working 8 hours per day, including a 1-hour break (7 active working hours). - Fully remote, aligned with Boston working hours. - During the 7 active working hours, I expect us to stay connected and for you to be reachable by phone or text when needed. - You’ll work directly with me the CEO, take ownership of our technology products, and help shape their future development. We’re a small, mission-driven team building technology that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Please let me know if you’re interested in this opportunity and whether these working arrangements would work for you. Full-time working hours. Boston Time.
